Day 9: Back to Bandar Abbas

As we are still waiting for the motorbike to be delivered in Iran, we visited Shiraz and Ispahan by bus and discovered there fabulous architecture master-pieces: Persepolis, the former Persian Capital and the gigantic mosques of Ispahan covered with blue mozaic tiles ...

We ended up talking and spending time with many iranian men and women: it is amazing to see how iranian people are welcoming and happy to talk and share experiences with foreign people. Actually we can't stay 5 minutes alone, there is always someone who says hello, gives a smile, a flower, asks us if we have time to talk, to get our signature or if they can help in any way ... It is really impressive to see such welcone in a foreign country. We often think of how we in Europe welcome the tourists in our own country ....

We are now back to Bandar Abbas as we just received the information that the motorbike should have arrived in the harbour... But we can't receive any more information on where it is exactly from the agent in Teheran who doesn't seem to care much about our case .... It is 50 degres and almost nobody speak english .... wish us good luck ! :-)
